BLUEFIN TUNA

We have received this year's bluefin tuna and are happy to be able to put it on the menu again. We have been lucky to get hold of it this year too!
Bluefin tuna is caught on the Norwegian coast and is very limited, so it is rarely available during the year.
Bluefin tuna is an exclusive fish with a delicate taste that melts in your mouth, and is therefore naturally in high demand.
